  • We recommend a brief consultation to discuss your goals and needs. Together, we can determine whether individual therapy, relationship support, groups, or an intensive is best for you.

  • Yes, we do! At this time, all sessions will be Telehealth. Telehealth sessions make it easy to get the help you need, whether you’re at home, at work, or anywhere you feel comfortable throughout the state of New York.

  • Individual sessions are typically between 45 minutes to 1 hour, weekly or biweekly. Group sessions and intensives have separate schedules provided at registration. Flexibility is available to fit your life.

  • You can schedule through our appointments page, send us an email, or give us a call. If you’re not sure where to start, we also offer free consultations to help you decide what’s best for you.

  • We use a variety of methods tailored to you. We combine evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy and Mindfulness with culturally attuned care that honors cultural and ancestral wisdom. Therapy is collaborative, personalized, and focuses on both practical tools and deeper self-understanding.

  • In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know you, what’s going on, what you’re hoping to achieve, and how we can help. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your life and helps you start feeling better.

    Sessions are a safe, non-judgmental space. We explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences while working toward your goals, integrating mind-body practices and cultural wisdom as appropriate.

  • Absolutely. Parenting can be tough, and we’re here to help. Whether you’re navigating stress, communication struggles, or pregnancy and postpartum issues, we’ll support you in strengthening your connection with your kids and finding balance.
